SBW to sign with Canterbury
Sonny Bill Williams will sign with Canterbury this week. Well that is what we have heard.
There has been much speculation as to where Sonny Bill will go but inside sources tell wheninromebro sports reporter Mr B. Ball that he will sign with the most successful franchise in recent times.
It’s a race against time for SBW who holds the dream of lifting the Webb Ellis trophy in 2011. It’s believed that Canterbury will offer the most to aid his quest. With Dan Carter being the pivot and fellow league convert big Brad Thorn being a big draw card, Canterbury is seen as his best option for reaching is full potential.
Building a key combination with Carter will be key should SBW want to move into the mid field and push either Nonu or Smith to the bench. There is no doubt about this man’s talent, but will he be able to fuse in time for the world cup?
With the NPC starting in weeks to come we will watch SBW in the red in black with great anticipation, especially Andy Haden who will be counting his ‘blessings’ on one hand.
That’s the scoop with roving sports reporter B Ball.
