The retarded policemen really is learning impaired. In fact his parents even star in one episode(scroll to the last clip). Some of these videos are not that funny.. after watching them 600 times. I laughed a lot this first time but the down syndrome gag wears off pretty quick although the boobies clip never seems to die. I wonder how long it will take to receive a complaint email about this article. At least he is out there embracing himself and life. Go the restarted policemen.
